Recipe passed down by our Thai descent great-great grandmother. We use only 'kampung fish' not sardin fish like most other caterers would do. We cook it with only fresh ingredients, no flavourings or MSG added. Not too spicy so that everyone can enjoy the taste of our famous laksa without upsetting anyone's tummy :)
