This is one of our most hot-selling dish. Our Urban Beggar Chicken is stuffed with Chinese medicine such as 'kei chi,' 'dongkwai,' 'hong jou,' 'tung chong chou' etc, and baked for many hours till tender. Moreover, we only use 'free-range' chicken; (kampung chicken a.k.a 'choi yin kai') which are healthier than 'commercial' chickens.
